Let’s conduct an experiment. Take bottled water and a bottle of coke. Shake them and then open both of them. What do you notice? The bottled water opens without fuss while the bottle of coke opens with a “pouf” sound and coke spills all over. Why though? Simply, because the pressure inside a coke bottle is much higher than the pressure outside the coke bottle. This helps keep it carbonated. Whereas pressure outside the bottled water is far more than that inside the bottled water.
In life, you are either a bottle of water or a bottle of coke. When people shake you or offend you and life puts pressure on you. Do you burst out like the coke bottle or are you cool, calm and collected like the bottled water? Think about it.
